  FCP crashing every time I go under settings beneath sequence…

  This is a problem that stemmed from an earlier problem which is still occurring where when I make a new sequence and try to bring footage down to it, it comes out much smaller and box shaped.

  Sounds like you have V4 of FCP you need 4.1.
