  Quick After Effects/FCP question

  When I am rendering out an AE movie to be used in FCP, should my frames setting be upper field first or lower field first?

  Well my friend, That would depend on the format you are working in.

  And, it’s all in the FCP manual.

  Standard DV? Lower.
