In the midst of all my conversations about the future of editing and where all of us FCP expats are going to end up, I find myself arguing that Premiere will fill a major part of that gap.

The basis of my argument is mostly my own recent [positive] experiences with Premiere (which I have continually owned for a decade but never installed until now). But I’m curious if it is possible to access any data that tells if the traffic on the Premiere forum has increased. I know I’m spending some quality time there….

    Hello Ben,

Most definitely there has been an increase in traffic in the PP Forum from just after the release of FCPX (mid June ’11).
