  Hello Alon,

  This could be the result of the version of Media 100 in conjunction with your OSX version. Media 100 Suite 2.1.5 was specifically designed for OSX 10.9, and will likely experience problems with older versions of OSX, especially as far back as 10.6. As such, I would recommend Uninstalling, deleting the Preferences, and then reinstalling using this version –

  thanks for the quick response. i installed media 100 2.13 back but it still crashes. the main reason for me to install 2.15 was because i hoped it will solve the crashes problem
