  media 100 update was working but now will not load

  Media 100 update was working but now will not load – using iMac 10.9.5 with 2.9GHz Intel Core 5 and 16GB 1600Mhz DDR3

  I updated my Media 100 to the latest version about a month ago.
  Used it and now the program won’t open.

  Any suggestions – tried restarting several times

  I just get the standard Media 100 Suite quit unexpectedlymessage.

  Re-downloaded Media 100 but same thing happens.

  Am using Mac OSX 10.9.5

  Have you tried deleting the preferences? (YourHD->Users->YourHomeFolder->Library->Preferences)? You can also reach it by using the Finders “Go” menu and holding the option Key. Then your Library folder, which is usually hidden, will show up in the menu.

  Just had the same problem, found this post, found the prefs, deleted them and it boots up again.

  THANKS for all you help to Media 100 Editors through the years!!
