Light Leaks

Do you mean “Light Leaks” as recorded video clips that you want to overlay over video? Or is there a filter/transition named Light leaks?

Yes Floh, Thats what I meant. I have seen them used but would like to know the way in media 100 it there is. If you can give me a general direction to overlay it on a clip. Thanks

Hi Gerry,

Place the clip in one of the animation tracks. Double click on the clip to edit. In Boris Red go to the Keys & Mattes filters and choose the BCC Light Matte. I usually choose the intense Luma Matte preset and tweak from there.

Its quite simple.
