Does anyone know if it’s possible to download and install the dtNT codec in the new Media 100?

I have some old Media 100 files and while it relinks and plays the audio fine, it will only do so when the Video is disabled.

When I enable the video it crashes (although Quicktime will play it fine); I was thinking if I had this codec it might fix the problem…

Thanks for any help someone can offer.

not sure what the dtNT codec is… are these Media 100 files? iFinish? Something else? The legacy Media 100 i codec gets installed with the Media 100 app, so there should be nothing else you would need to install.

Actually found out that the dtNT is the original Media 100 i (Vincent board) codec in NTSC, therefore the NT part in dtNT. So I guessed right that this actually is Media 100 i 640*480 NTSC media which *should* work in Media 100 Suite. Send me a file and I will have a look.

    Hi Floh:

Thanks so much for taking the time; I am uploading a sample to my Dropbox account – what’s the best way to get you the link?
