Since I have begun working on AE 7.0 I have had the following problem. When importing TIFF sequences into the library the program crashes everysingle time. When choose the sequence it calls my common tiff file a super-tiff. Why is that? Does anyone know why this is happening? It’s a big headache. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks, Nando.

By the way I thought that this was related to my bbeta copy of AE but the problem has continued even after the installation of a fresh copy. I am under the impression that this may be a project related to my machine. Maybe it’s some sort of codec or plugin that needs to be deleted? Any ideas?

sounds like youve got the supertiff input plugin from fnord installed…. in AE6x it allowed you to import >8bit tiffs, however this is available natively in AE7. Check out the link below and see if you can reverse the install instructions.

EXACTLY! Such a silly fix. Just deleted it. Thanks so much for the tip. Best, Nando.
