I am trying to import into Media 100 some music files provided to me as .wma files. I can’t directly import them into Media 100 Producer v13. I can play them in VLC, but VLC does not save out the files.

I don’t seen to have any other program that will open them. Audacity does not recognize them.

    Any help is appreciated.

WMA (as with all Windows Media) is handled through Flip4Mac. They offer a free playback component, but if you want to bring the files into another application you need to buy one of their products. Not sure if there is another application that can convert WMA to something useful for free. Maybe you can ask the guy who sent you the files to send MP3s or AIFFs.

Thanks, Floh. I will just have to ask the guy to send a different format. Appreciate your help.
