  Hi, I would like to know if someone here can help us with the proper setting or best quality to output HD video from Media100 program to Vimeo or YouTube. Seems like our video has less saturation once online.

  Depends on what resolution you are aiming at. Usually I would recommend encoding it into H264 for Youtube upload, since this is a pretty efficient distribution codec.
