  Memory Allocation Failed.

  Trying to bring a timeline back from Color via xml. Cannot Update media from xml or import xml file. Get the same “Could not complete request because a memory allocation failed.” Whole project started as M100 program.

  Anyone know how to get around this?

  M100 Suite-1.5.1-MacOS 10.6.3

  Update- Found a way around the problem by taking the Color XML file into FCP and then creating a new XML out of FCP. Everything updated correctly in Media100 from there.

  I suspect that the cause of the issue was an instance of DVCPro HD codec in the timeline. When that was removed, everything went through round trip as it was supposed to.
