  FTP troubles

  Hi. I am a bit new to this so forgive me if my terminology is not on point. My partner and I have been working for a client overseas and we keep running into issues with video quality. My partner shoots with a DV cam (a CAnon HD40) in NTSC and edits the piece with finalcut pro. The piece looks great on our end. But then when we FTP it, the client complains of low quality or low resolution. AGain, from our end, the video looks perfectly fine. Could anyone help with this? Desperately searching for a solution. Thanks so much.
