  Open an M100i project in FCP?

  I’ve been handed an old M100 project that the client wants updated. Is it possible to open it in FCP?
  Dear God I need help here. I have an old G4 with M100i v.8.

  You can open the old Media 100 i project in Media 100 V13 and do your changes there, or you can open it in V13 and export an XML which can be imported (including the media files) into FCP.

  Can this be done. I have off lined in Producer and now need to turn the Project and all files over to an FCP editor

  Yes, if you have V13 or later. In V13 XML exchange with FinalCutPro was introduced, and you can now move timelines and mediafiles from FCP to Media 100 and back.
