March 7, 2009 at 9:37 amThis problem has been fixed in 13.0.1. Apple broke a function Media100 was using in one of the OSX updates, and the Media100 engineers worked around it for 13.0.1.

So no avail for version 12?btw. I even had my DVCPRO50 recorder recapped because I thought it was a sync problem!.

March 7, 2009 at 1:09 pmThis should not happen on V12 and OSX 10.4.11. So you need either to stay on 10.4.11, or you need to upgrade to Media100 V13.0.1, as far as I know.

March 7, 2009 at 6:07 pmSo I just downloaded Vs 13.0.1 Hdx and producer. Acquiring does not freeze anymore. Shall do some upgrading on Monday. The media100 people deserve it!
Thanks Floh, you did it again! What would the media100 community do without you!

March 9, 2009 at 5:53 amThere are still some video sync problems in 13.0.1 upon batch acquiring. Once in awhile a batch goes through flawlessly and then again it stops three to five times per batch. Tape deck is Pana AJ-D950. But at least it does not freeze and you don’t loose all the acquired clips anymore. M100 seems to know about this according to their release notes.
