  Does anybody know about Media 100HD & JvcPro Hdv 720p/50
  or is there only support for 1080i ?

  720p50 and 720p59.94 are supported via FireWire. I am not 100% sure that the JVC stuff is supported, since there are so many different (incompatible) HDV standards are out there, but I think the JVC 720p50 is nothing too fancy and should work. If you have a camera/deck, give it a try with the Producer trial version and report back if it works 😉
