  Media 100 12.1 Producer and Producer Suite

  Hi,

  We have posted an update to Media 100 Producer and Producer Suite (Version 12.1). This release supports Leopard, Tiger and QuickTime Version 7.2 and 7.3.

  Go to support.media100.com to download. This Producer release is free to customers who have already purchased any Media 100 Producer or Producer Suite Version 12 software. Upgrade pricing is available to customers who are using Media 100 Producer Version 11.

  This release does not support Media 100 Hardware based systems (HDx, SDe, HDe and HD Suite). We are currently working with AJA to update the driver to be compatible with Leopard. Look for an announcement soon.

  Hello Dave,
  I saw that Media 100 is working a lot in these months to update Producer. It’s a good software, expecially for people, like me, who cames from Media 100i experience.
  The only thing I’d like to know it’s… when a support for HDV?

  Hello, we know HDV is a big user request and we are evaluating our engineering options for development. Once our last Leopard release is out of the way, we will make our next version of Media 100 the main priority (actually, we did start work a few months ago on the next version). Look for future announcements in the coming weeks or months.
