  Ntsc to Pal

  Does anyone know the best software solution to transcode a NTSC movie into PAL ?

  You can use Apple Compressor for this. In its best settings it will produce brilliant results, but with horrible rendering times. Of course you could also use e.g. AfterEffects for a NTSC to PAL conversion.
