  HDe Preferences

  I noticed that in HDe it gives you the option of 7.5 IRE or 0 IRE. If I were doing a m100i program lossless from Beta SP as the source to DVD as the end product, which pedestal set-up should I use? Thanks.

  7.5 IRE, I think the 0 IRE setting is for Japanese NTSC standard. Setting NTSC at 0 would create super-dark black
