  Media100HD not playing back full fields?

  I’m working on a Media100HD system with v11.5.1, dual 2GHz G5 with 4GB RAM, OSX 10.4.8.

  My problem is with playback. I’m currently working with an SD project. When things are paused, it correctly displays both fields. However, when I play the timeline the output looks like it goes to just one field rather than correctly playing both.

  My video output is set to SD with Analog SD Component. Media Codecs are Media100i at 150KB.

  We have both Media100i and Media100HD systems. This project was copied over from a Media100i system.

  Any suggestions?

  Check your Project Settings / Real Time / Play … at Draft Quality setting; if it’s on, that’s the problem.

  Check under “Real Time” prefs (next to media locations) if the “play effects at draft settings” is turned on. This does not only play effects but everything at full frame…

  The real time playback in draft mode was the problem. Everything looks great now. Thanks!
