Hello. My Dad has had a Media 100 video editing system for quite a few years now. About 3 years ago he had the computer rebuilt (new motherboard, processor, hard drive, etc….). Well that computer crashed a couple of weeks ago. I determined the CPU was toast after replacing a bad power supply. I ended up buying a new motherboard, Pentium 4 CPU, 1 GB RAM, 120 GB hard drive, dual-layer DVD burner ….. basically a new computer. We did salvage the ATTO SCSI PCI card (which is connected to the Rorke drive array) and the P6000 media cards. Everything is installed, hardware and software, but we need to run the diagnostic test first on the Media 100 boards. The iFinish diagnostic cd-rom he has is dated 02.20.2001. When we run the program it says the MPEG board is a newer version and to run the latest diagnostic test. We did find out he needs Rev. 10.19.2001. Does anyone out there have this iFinish Diagnostic cd-rom? If so, can you send us a copy of the cd-rom? When the computer was rebuilt 3 years ago he never received any documentation nor software when he received the computer. My name is Joe Supinsky and my e-mail address is j.supinsky@comcast.net. Thanks!

Thanks Justin and Rob for replying to this message so soon. I will let you know if running this newer version of diagnostics solves the problem.

When I try to run the diagnostic test I get this error message: OPEN M6000 KERNAL ERROR [-12000]! Does anybody know what this error is and how we go about fixing it?
