  media 100 7.2.1 transcoder missing

  After several freezes at booting the Mac I ran Norton fix several times. When I tried to open the Media 100 program the message said : Media 100 cant open, reenstall the trancoder. I tried to uninstall Media 100 using the software disk but it wouldnt let me. Does anyone know how to uninstall? If I just install the program will it go over the old or add another program?

  You simply can reinstall the application. The older files will be overwritten. But as far as I know there never was a V7.2.1 of Media 100 i. Make sure that you have the correct installer version for your OS and for your encryption code.

  Thanks, that worked, I’m back in business. You are also right, I have 7.5.1.
