  Still more Problems Digitizing

  I am running ver. 8.1.1 ; When I play my digibeta using j,k,l controls or whatever keystrokes, the beta responds fine. When I try to digitize using the F8 key or the period. M100 will start digitizing but it will not roll the machine. Any thoughts out there? Jack

  This is supposed to work this way. Either you digitize “on the fly”, playing back the tape first and pressing period (or the “start” button) then to start digitizing, or you set a mark in and out in the edit suite and use the “digitize” button in the extended Edit suite window. Then the deck will cue to the mark in, digitize from there and stop after reaching the mark out.
