  Tiger?

  What is the definitive answer as to whether 8.2.2 works with Tiger. I love 10.3.7 but I just bought a Medea drive and am having problems with it. Rich at Medea said that with that drive, the RTRX, 10.3.7 was sometimes buggy and it works much better with Tiger. Are there any drawbacks to Tiger over 10.3.7? Thanks

  i would say go to 10.3.9 and update medea drives. it was a combo we used for ages. apple’s osx beyond that with medea is imho patchy and its forum discussions reflect that

  I was using 8.2.2 with Tiger and never had any problems. I also had a couple of Medea arrays with that setup, but I used Apple’s Drive Setup for them. I don’t use that system much any more, but it was always reliable.
