  Exporting a project to Avid Express Pro 4.5

  Hello,
  I wan’t to edit my project on an avid system. I tried exporting the timeline in OMF, but the Media 100 wanted a plugin, which I’m nt going to pay for. What is the best way to export a project with all the effects? I’m using a Media 100Ixr 8.222 on a G4.
