Premiere 2020 – Presets on Essential Graphics get Reset/Unconfigured
Hello!
Basically here is my issue:
I created a preset on After Effects 2019 for other editors to use (later on I also opened the project with After Effects 2020 to create the preset from there, thinking it would solve my issue, but didn’t).
However, I am trying to use the preset on another computer that has Adobe Premiere 2020, and the preset gets totally messed up.
First of all, the layout is all wrong as you can see on the images that I attached that when I throw the preset on the timeline, it looks completely different from what it’s supposed to be as shown on the Essential Graphics tab.
Second, and worst of all, almost all editable data on the preset gets two issues:
1. The name of each data resets and goes to a standard name.
2. The sliders and buttons don’t change my preset in any way.

Now… After I created the preset, I tested it on the same computer with Premiere 2019, and it worked wonderfully! However, when I try to open it on a different computer with Premiere 2020, it creates these issues. It’s the same with other editors I’ve sent the preset to.
How can I fix this? Help please! 🙂
