  • Fix sync in merged clip

Hello. I used the Merge Clip function to sync video and two recordings (three tracks) of audio. In the merge clip dialogue box, I selected Sync Point: Audio (Track Channel 1). For most of my clips, this function worked fine. But for one clip, two of the three audio tracks are one frame out of sync. How do I get them back in sync and remaining in a merged clip?

I tried opening the clip as a merged clip sequence (holding down shift and double clicking the merged clip), and that opened the clip as a sequence I was able to edit (slipping the audio by one frame to get it back in sync), but the modified sequence doesn’t fix the problem in the “master” merged clip. So it doesn’t help me use the original merged clip in a new timeline. So is there a way to save that sequence as a merged clip?

I’d prefer not to export that new sequence as a new master clip.

I’m working on Premiere Pro 13.1.5 on a Mac OS 10.13.6.

    Thanks,
