  Automatically change in point for multiple clips

  I want to import clips into Adobe Premiere and set up an offset for their in point so that when I place them on the timeline, they all start at a certain in point. Let’s say, for example, 10 seconds into the clip. Is this possible in Adobe Premiere? Thanks
