    Hi there, I took some screen capture video and had to crop out some edges, which I did in Premiere Pro. So there is the black bar on the edges where I cropped. How do I then resize the good portion to fit the screen (or most of it)? Thank you for any instruction.

    You scale up a bit until the black portion goes away, period, full stop. You probably should not crop in advance of that either. In the future, import full frame and then scale up, your images will typically not be noticeably softer, because you’re only scaling a few percent.
