  Video glitches when in FULL SCREEN in Premiere CC

  So I don’t know what to do anymore. When I scrub through my videos without Full Screen, everything works fine. If I toggle Full Screen and I scrub the videos have a weird glitch, as if my video card wasn t good enough. When I play my video in Full Screen the video still has a weird jitter. I tried everything. My hdmi cables are just fine, my video card is updated, I use the same Premiere i’ve been using for several years. My PC is new and I’ll leave you guys the details.

  video card: Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Pulse 256-bit
  CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8 GHz
  motherboard: ASUS TUF X470 Plus Gaming

  I fixed it by turning on VSync from my video card settings after a whole day of navigating forums and troubleshooting. But I did it Yay!!
