  • Blank Title Cards from Premeier 2.0 to After Effects 7.0

I finshed the editing of my project in Premiere 2.0, I have title cards during the editing process. I added these in Premiere with the title tool and there have been no problems UNTIL I bring the project into After Effects 7.0 to key out the green screen.

The footage is there but the title cards are just black. I don’t want to have to rebuild the title cards in AE.

    What am I doing wrong?

Could you explain what ‘title cards’ refer to? If you created them in Premiere Pro, how is there green screen footage? Were these titles overlayed on top of green screen footage?

I edited the raw footage in Premiere 2.0 and put in title cards as edit points. Such as character introductions….well here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr8tAFkdnb8

After I put the edited footage into After Effects 7 the edited footage showed up and there were blank spots where I had placed the cards.

They are simple cards, just comments, names, etc.
