  please tell me about morphing

  i have made a morphing project like tutorial of mr Chris Zwar so when i finish i want to preview it not like what he did so that i preview frame by frame and it is nice than i preview by press 0 and when i turn the quality rendering to full it very bad !!! (sorry about my english )
  can u tell me about that ??????

  You have to explain what “bad” looks like. Is it a motion problem or some other issue. Let us know. There is a 3rd party plugin from RevisionFx called ReFlex. You can find it here -> Revisionfx.
