Hi all, I have a client who is playing a video from a USB on an Epson ex5260 projector. Projector manual states it supports mpeg-4 asp and mpeg-4 avc. I exported an mpeg-4 under the Vimeo 720 preset and it won’t play.

Anyone have any ideas as to why or what the proper codec in Premiere is for this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

I checked the manual I found on Google and got this:

    Supports only AVI 1.0
Make sure the file is not:
    • Saved with an audio codec other than PCM or ADPCM
    • Above 1280 × 720 resolution
    • Larger than 2GB

Have you tried the basic h264 export from AME?

My (admittedly quick) search found an ability to transfer network info to bring back to a computer, or photo slide shows, using USB, but not direct video playback.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.
