  NVIDIA GeFDorce GTX 1060 3GB

  Because I had to do a re-install of Windows 10, I downloaded and installed the latest Premiere Pro 2019.

  When I first launched 2019 Pro, I saw a prompt telling me that my GeForce GTX 1060 – 3GB card may cause timeline to slow down.

  How nice.

  For the first time ever I’m getting delays and “stickyness” when I’m working with 2 or 3 tracks of video. Bad delays when changing frame size.

  The prompt told me to update the card, NVIDIA tells me I have the latest driver on board.

  I hope I’m not stuck getting another card.
