  • Premiere has Stopped Displaying Playback Window on 3rd Monitor.

I have a Windows 10 PC here where Premiere recognizes the 3 monitors I have set up, but its refusing to show the playback window on any monitor other than the one identified as #3.

The set up more specifically is a TV (monitor #1) to my left, middle Dell monitor that is set as my main monitor as #2, then the right side Dell monitor identified as #3.

The playback settings in Preferences recognizes that there are three monitors. Windows sees three and nVidia Control Panel sees three monitors.
Pause Media Encoder and Enable Mercury Transmit are checked. I’ve tried every combination of the other boxes and no luck.

If the TV (monitor #1) is checked it will show up on monitor #3 and when going back to the playback pref box #1 is unchecked and box #3 is checked. If monitor #2 is checked no playback window is shown. If monitor #3 is checked it nothing is shown as well.

Drivers are up to date. Program and computer have been restarted several times.

    Premiere Pro ver 13.1.0
    nVidia GTX 680
    32gb RAM
    Intel i7 4770
