    Hey everyone, long time reader, first time poster!

    I’m having some trouble exporting a project on its second revision. It’s not even that complicated, but I feel it’s either because I just updated my video card with CUDA, or because I used a new set of presets. I’m currently working on Win10 x64, 12gb ram, Phenom II X6 1055T (2.8GHz), Premiere Pro CC 2019, Media Encoder 2019. Here’s the report I’m getting;

    – Source File: C:\Users\SUPERT~1\AppData\Local\Temp\NAR Promotional Video_2.prproj
    – Output File: K:\NAR training\Output\NAR Training Video Rough Edit 2.mp4
    – Preset Used: Custom
    – Video: 4096×2160 (1.0), 23.976 fps, Progressive, Software Encoding, 00:01:33:10
    – Audio: AAC, 320 kbps, 48 kHz, Stereo
    – Bitrate: VBR, 1 pass, Target 10.00 Mbps, Max 12.00 Mbps

    I’m not on Windows so I don’t know about those specifics, but did you look at the timeline at this point to see what is there? Is there a new video clip, or still image? Around timecode: 00:00:58:02 – 00:00:58:09

    Thanks for your reply. I have attempted moving the clip involved, but with the first rough, it didn’t produce this result. The ‘text zoom preset’ was added, so I’ve attempted changing the effect, but i’m getting the same result.

    Have you tried completely removing the clip for an export test?

    This is late 2020 and I’m still getting this same error while noticing how extremely hard it is to find solutions.

    Adobe really needs to do better.
