    Well that’s new. In Adobe Premiere CC2019, I went to drop one sequence into another to make an assembly of scenes, but instead of nesting, it just COPIED ALL THE CLIPS into the new sequence. Not what I wanted.

    you might have to click on the little icon in the upper left of the timeline that looks like layers with a strike line thru it. if left unchecked you just get all the layers instead of the nest.

    That was it, thanks! I had to click that icon, making it blue and putting a slash through it.
