Hello! First time poster. I am encountering a problem with my video on Adobe Premiere.
I have a cropped video that seems to shift downward for no reason. It occurs during instances of the “Directional Blur” effect. Any ideas why this might be happening? Appreciate any help, it’s been a nightmare trying to render this thing.

Sometimes when you stack multiple effects they can have adverse influence on each other. Try changing the order of the effects you have in the Effects panel by clicking and dragging the effect name up or down to re arrange them.

I have discovered some Premiere effects/transitions occasionally are not compatible with each other.

In the Program monitor, the video is letterboxed – is that intentional? I ask because if the Sequence Settings are incorrect, that will just cause issues throughout the entire workflow including final export.

    Thanks
