What adjustment would I need to make to hear the sound associated with the video I am watching. the video shows, the wrench says there is audio, but I can hear none! What to do?

Try soloing, then un-soloing, the offending track. PP has a fun bug right now that sometimes silences live audio tracks, and this little action gets around it.

I understand, but don’t know what to do to “solo”. Thanks for the answer, btw.

Turning the solo button on and off is NOT making any difference. I think it has more to do with the audio from this program not getting to the sound drive in my computer. Ideas?

Premiere Pro won’t accept the audio from some types of video format files. Is your video a MP4 or MOV file?

Went into the system, and found the settings wrong. Don’t know why they were as they were, but its been adjusted, and now works.
