  Proxy ingest audio issue with Alexa

  Hi
  Am new to proxies. Working with Alexa footage anamorphic, so created proxy ingest preset that works ok for mos picture, but with sound I get error msg “selected preset doesn’t support audio channel type”.

  The Alexa audio info is 5 24 bit mono (never seen that before). I’ve made several Avid DNX presets, none work. 2 ch, 6 ch, 6ch mono. There’s no option for anything other than 2,4,6, etc channels, nothing like 5,7, etc.

  I solved this, was overthinking things.

  I ended up using one of the GoPro Cineform settings when you open the Ingest menu.
