  need your counsel about sequence type

  hope you all are ok

  I need your counsel
  I am about to begin a new project, and there are terms of the client:-

  VIDEO & AUDIO REQUIREMENTS:

  3. HD Format:

  All programmes must be delivered in the following format and in general meet AS11 or DPP standards.

  3.1 HD Acquisition and Delivery Format
  Note: we broadcast Interlaced video: 1080i50. No progressive video will be accepted.
  • 1920 x 1080 pixels
  • 16:9 aspect ratio
  • 25 frames per second interlaced ‐ known as 1080i50
  • 4:2:2 colour sub sampling (Minimum).

  so, please, tell me what is the best sequence type should I use, in premiere pro, and are there any sections may I modify in the sequence settings??

  DNX HD – DNX SQ or HQ 1080i50

  I have used the XD CAM EX 1080i50(HQ) – check the image in the link below.

  may I continue editing in this sequence or switch to one of the formats you mentioned??

  That would be fine also. It doesnt really matter. Premiere renders in the format you select for final export. If you are getting decent enough editing performance with XDCAM HD 50, then go with that.
