    How do i remove this thing. Its so damn annoying ! I’m getting tired of trying to fix this. I look ewer where Pls ☺

    It actually has a use and can’t be removed. It show’s the active frame when your timeline is zoomed in enough.

    I’m pretty new on premiere but I KNOW for sure it not always been there ?

    I skimmed through 20 minutes of that and he never stretched the timeline enough so you could see the frame marker. You need to zoom in so you’re looking the timeline in frames to see that.

    Yes. It has always been there. That blue line on your timeline represents the frame you are looking at in your program monitor. As Tero said, you have to zoom into your timeline far enough to be able to see the little blue line.
    If that freaks you out, you are in for a big surprise when something REALLY goes wrong. lol
