  Video not importing with .MOV file

  Hello, I can’t seem to get the video to import with this file. Only the audio gets imported.

  Info:
  Premiere Pro cc 2017
  iMac 27 inch
  3.1 GHz intel core i5
  16GB

  The video is 1280 x 720 Apple Prores 444
  file size is 2GB

  I just opened a new premiere file, and it imported fine, but I am curious, does anyone know why it wouldn’t import into the other file?

  did you try dragging in the file from the media browser into your project?

  Can you open the file with QT player?

  Yes… I dragged a version from the desktop… I also imported, but same results.

  And yes, the QT movie plays fine…
