  Exporting a 7.1 mix for playback on a computer?

  Hi everyone,

  My partner and I are working on a film that has been scored in 7.1 and we’re set to screen it at a theatre that has access to every playback available… DCP, Blueray, MacBook Pro, etc. We are attempting a DCP export but I want to know if we get stuck (we premiere next week haha… yikes), can we export a proper 7.1 surround sound mix to quicktime to play off our laptop?
