  Source Monitor Crazies

  I’ve been on Pro now for over 2 years and I continue to have a problem in my source monitor when inserting a clip for the first time: Graphic, camera media, etc.

  When I add a clip to the source monitor there are always predetermined in-out markers (4 sec 29 frms.), and until I delete those markers I can’t make an edit, even it it’s 1 second.

  Is there a setting that I can’t see to turn off theses in/out markers?

  As always, advice much appreciated.
