  My Default Effect Setting

  To Whom It May Concern:

  Just started using Adobe Premiere Pro after using Final Cut Pro (stepping up). However, I’m currently editing a church project and noticed the defaulted effect settings are gone and only have the following (attached picture)? I’m hearing different ways to to reset the default effects and nothing.

  

  Is there a true correct way and if so, truly appreciate any suggestion or comments. Thank you for your time, consideration and understanding.

  This looks like CS6
  Deinstall
  Use cleaner tool
  reinstall
