  Audio is not showing

  Iam using premier pro cc 2017 ,iam import the mpeg file but dont show the audio in my time line how to solve

  This is not my problem sir,iam import my mts file on the timeline .only imported is video file.but iam play the video for vlc media player its video is perfectly alright.
  Iam import mp4 file but this file is showing the audio .
  Premier pro is show on this notification sir (dolphy dll file is missing)
