  Particle effect: throw multiple 2D images around the screen?

  I want to achieve a sort of Flash-style effect by having a fountain of custom 2D images spurting on the screen. For example, a clipart flower or icon smiley, etc.
  I’m thinking a particle generator plugin that allows you to import a JPG/PNG.

  Any thoughts on how to achieve this?

  You really need to dive into After Effects for this, Premiere doesn’t do particles.

  Thanks for that, I was looking for more of a plugin solution… AE is a bit over the top.
