    Hello all,

Our team member will be out of state and working remotely for a while. He will be working with proxies to send back and forth. We are working in premiere and would appreciate any feedback and advice on the reliability of AP for upscaling or uprezzing the final cut. Are there any issues to watch out for? Are there any different software recommendations that would have a smoother process?

Thank you all for your feedback in advance ????

Working with Proxies is fine, and GOOD. Just do it right! I’ve been stuck in the wrong once…not fun.

Thank you for your feedback back Shane. I guess there are no pitfalls or issues to worry about as long as I create my proxies correctly.

There is no upscaling involved in using proxies.
When it comes to the final export Premiere will use the original files.
