Hey everyone, I have search Far and wide for an answer to my rendering problems.
A little background info, i am working on an animated series, drawn in flash, and everything looks great, layer seperations, effects, everything.
When importing PNG sequences to after effects I have lower field first selected as well as preserve edges.
Now when I render, some of the scenes come out perfect, but others have serious issues. I render at 32bpc and have played around with all the settings (except AVI, unfortunetaly I was pulled off the machine today so our 3d modeler can work) and some clips come out clean and perfect, while others have jagged edges, and solid colors look as if they have scan lines running through them.
I’m not pressed for time yet, I would like to have this cleared up before it is time to put everything into the Non Linear editor.
So what I’m asking is, what have I selected that is causing this distortion, how can it be fixed, and also what are some red flags I should look out for while working on projects such as cartoons?
