  • Multiple clips – panning audio

    Hi,

Basic question – how do I pan multiple audio clips in one track only. I know how to select the clips but not how to change all the panning in one go.

i.e (I have two tracks — stereo music imported from another NLE — which need to be panned left and right. There are many segments/edits)

    Thanks
    M

ps: looking for a solution that involves the clip mixer rather than the track mixer.

I did a search and found my solution:

    – Select an audio clip, and pan it, using the clip mixer.

    – Then copy that clip.

    – Select the other clips that need to be panned.

    – Use Paste Attributes (selecting only ‘pan’ in the dialog box)

    – All of the audio clips will be panned as per the original panned clip.
